How stinkin cute is this cake my sister in law made for our gender reveal party??
We kind of did things a little different for our gender reveal party. It took a lot of convincing for Todd to even agree to do a gender reveal party (I sure love that stubborn husband of mine :). The only way we agreed to do it was for us to find out what we were having before and than just do it for our family. So it was a pretty low key thing, my sister in law made this cute cake for dessert on Sunday night and we had Todd's family come up to my brothers house for dessert.
It was hard for us to keep it a secret for two days (that's how bad we are at keeping secrets). And lets just say our moms tried really hard to get it out of us. And then that night at dinner it took all we had to not slip up! Todd slipped up a little and luckily only one person caught it and didn't say anything!
It was a really fun night for both of our families. We are surrounded by so much love and support and we are so so grateful for our families and everything they do for us!! I sure hope this little guy knows how much he is loved already and he is not even here yet!!
